At Somsio we take the privacy of your information seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.

We do not collect financial information at sign-up. Our content is aimed at adult parents and caregivers.
If you use the App: your email address and sign-in method (email, Apple or Google); the baby data you register as a mother, father or guardian (name, date of birth, sex, where and how they sleep, temperament, and their sleep and feeding records); your messages in the chat with Luna; and technical operating data and crash reports.
The App also stores your baby's time zone —we use it to work out their schedule and to show you the emergency number for your country—, the language you use it in, and your Apple storefront country, which reaches us together with the purchase.
When Luna detects a possible emergency and shows you the alert, we record that the alert happened, the country that was resolved and where the number came from. In that record we do not store what you wrote: your conversation with Luna stays in your chat thread, like the rest of your messages.
We use your information solely to:
We never sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.
Baby data is used solely to generate and adjust their sleep plan, work out the daily schedule, show their progress and give Luna context. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
We also use your email address for the App's own operational messages —your sign-in code, notices about your programme or your subscription— and, if you allow it on your phone, notifications reminding you of your baby's moments of the day. Those messages are not advertising and do not depend on the website mailing list.

You can delete your account from Profile inside the App: your account and all your baby's data are erased. You can also ask us for access, correction or deletion by writing to [email protected].
The App is aimed at adult mothers, fathers and guardians. Baby data is provided and controlled by their guardian. We do not collect information directly from minors.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete it, the data is erased from our production systems; it may remain temporarily in backups until those are rotated.
An account left unused for a long time is also closed, and never silently: after twelve months without activity we notify you by email, and thirty days later the account is deleted. Opening the App cancels that clock, and an account with active access is not deleted for inactivity.
We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL) and secure storage through our service providers. That said, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Our site may use technical and analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies for commercial purposes.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
